Not Dead

I am not dead, i am not seriously ill or injured, I was just on vacation and now i have a lot of work to do in front of me, but for today, my 1st day back in NY after a week in Miami and a week of my family visiting... today I am resting. Tomorrow I will start the 30 day shred again because in about a month i will be moving to SD.
