Day 2 in our new home

Today went great. We had early gym class for the kids but i had a banana and packed them both bags of cheerioes of which they finished. We snacked on preztels till we got home and had rice, beans, chicken from last night. So proud the kids eat it with no problems. Snack was spoon fulls of peanut butter or pb sandwiches and diner was ravioli with steamed veggies. Tiago was tearing up the carrots, eating them off of everyone else's plates, literally walking around the table and stealing everyones carrots, lol! Thais didnt want any part of it and cried for a good 15-20 mins but eventually she tried the ravioli and ended up liking it and asking for more. Im so proud of her, so proud of all of us. Diner is all 4 of us at the table, with no tv or computers and we all sit till everyone is done. Thais actually asked for a sandwich and said she was hungry and i hadnt started diner, so i opened a can of ravioli and threw veggies in the microwave, Im all about cooking and eating right but every now and then quickness is a good thing too, lol!

Oh I also bought the brita filter today and i have 2 bpa free water bottles. It is going to save us so much money and the water really isnt bad. But the bottles make me drink more, i have one for the kids with juice and one for me with water when we leave the house. Both are usually gone by the time we come home and the kids i actually fill up at water fountains and add instant powder to make juice, lately is has been crystal light, that I bought last summer and its really good, they are loving it.

Dont get the wrong idea, im not taking away candy or sugar from my kids, they just are not getting as much, and it isnt being offered as much. Now f I can just get some working out in my day some where. I think once we are all moved in and unpacked, I can use the extra time in my day to work out, or so i hope. For now we are on the right track.
