add another mile to today this time i took both kids with me. i started just walking in squares around my in laws drive way while the kids colored with chalk but then they said they want to go on a walk, so off we went. not much but im so happy my kids are going with me, at only 2 and 3 yrs old, no strollers, they are getting a better work out than i am and i am happy to give that to them and share a nice evening stroll around the new neighborhood. Slowly but surely, lol!
